Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

Red marks can be visible on the skin for a number of days after a session. This is normal, marks are simply the stagnation pulled from deep within the tissues rising to the surface. Your bodies own elf clearing ability will remove this wast  from the superficial tissues.

I developed my distinct rhythmic massage style I call ISOCHRONIC TOUCH  over many years, working both privately and at premier gyms, training facilities, and Yoga studios in the tri-state area.

My massage is a mixture of deep relaxation and healing through the integration of Eastern and Western styles of touch coupled with my energetic studies through the practice and teaching of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

My approach to the body is an educated, focused, no B.S. style of combating stress, relaxing tension, encouraging your bodies self repairing of problem areas and educating people about functional wellness.

I am an Artist, Licensed Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Kundalini Yoga Instructor, and founder of

IN TOUCH MEN wellness workshops.
