I am sitting this morning preparing a new flyer for RUNNERS. Now that the weather has changed and the beautiful Fall temperatures have arrived I see more and more runners passing by my window. With that... I see hamstring, quads, and feet in need of care. If you are a runner, it is important to know that your activity is helping parts of your body and adding pressure and fatigue to other parts. If you sit at a desk all day, then jump up and run 1 or 10 plus miles you are pushing your body into possible injury. A massage program that addresses the extra impact this activity produces can be a wonderful, therapeutic and relaxing way to make your time hitting the pavement more enjoyable and effective.
