BRLMT is a men's-focused massage studio.

With countless hours of ongoing study and over 20 years of hands-on experience, I bring a deep understanding of the male body and a genuine passion for customizing every massage session to your unique needs.

Whether you’re an athlete, recovering from injury, returning from illness, or seeking relief from daily stress, I offer a tailored, hands-on approach that meets you where you are and helps you get where you need to be.

My expertise spans a broad range of modalities, so I can support men with everything from chronic stress and orthopedic recovery to athletic preparation and post-event care. Each session is more than just a massage—it’s a holistic journey toward wellness, energy balance, and a deeper connection with your body.

My professional men's wellness studio is conveniently located in Montclair, NJ. My walls are filled with my one-of-a-kind artworks for you to enjoy. Off-street parking is available.

I am a licensed massage therapist and body educator in New York and New Jersey, and a visual artist with degrees from The Cooper Union and the Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy. I also possess advanced certifications in medical massage, yoga, alternative bodywork, and various healing modalities.
