P-Town Massage, a true tantric adventure

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been visiting Cape Cod, working with some truly remarkable men. Each time I travel to a new city with my table and my hands, I’m reminded just how deeply I love what I do. This season has introduced me to men who are not only sensual but also open to exploring new experiences. There’s something about this time of year—seaside towns come alive, energy feels loose and free-flowing, and my bodywork sessions reflect that vibe.

The sessions have been a dynamic blend of relaxation and tantric stimulation, resulting in electrifying moments on the table. I’ve had the chance to share with the men of the Cape some of the unique moves I’ve developed at my men’s massage exchange group, and it’s been a hit. One move in particular focuses on yang energy—the energy that powers thrusting movements. While massage often utilizes yin energy, the energy of deep relaxation, adding a touch of yang creates an amazing, invigorating balance.
This isn’t your standard Swedish bodywork. It definitely falls into the realm of tantra and eros. I’m still refining the language around these techniques. Although they use erotic energy—the same energy present in sexual exchange—the context is profoundly different. By separating these movements from the broader sexual act and focusing on them as somatic experiences, both the giver and receiver can discover and refine the subtlety of energy transfer.
Our subtle bodies play a huge role in our sensual interactions. Even the way our energy centers align—whether I’m standing face to face with someone or kneeling before them—creates a distinct kind of energetic exchange. When we get caught up in the heat of sex, we often lose track of all the little things that are happening, all those subtle sensations. Tantric time on the massage table offers a chance to slow down, to truly feel and learn how those sensations can be guided and transformed.
It’s like yoga: the practice doesn’t end when you leave the mat. The real work is bringing that balance into your everyday life. Exploring sensual energy is the same. On this trip, I’ve been practicing edging and holding my sensual energy by not ejaculating. I’m twelve days in, and the difference is incredible—my energy feels broader, more engaged, and more engaging, as if it’s building rather than dispersing.
Every trip, every session, and every connection leaves me inspired and energized. The wisdom gained from body awareness is boundless, and I’m continually amazed by how much we can teach—and learn—from one another. I feel immense gratitude for the extraordinary men who invite me into their journeys.
Above all, the most rewarding bodywork begins with clear and conscious communication. Consent isn’t just a formality—it’s the foundation for trust, safety, and genuine connection. Before any session, take the time to discuss what kinds of touch are welcomed, where touch feels good, and where boundaries lie. By exchanging these understandings, you create space for deeper relaxation and shared enjoyment. The more honest and open we are, the better we can explore, honor, and celebrate our bodies together.
